Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Chennai. As a Physiotherapist, you will assess clients’ physical conditions, design and implement customized treatment plans, and perform various physiotherapeutic techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance physical well-being. You will ensure the safe use of physical therapy exercises and educate clients on proper rehabilitation and prevention strategies. Collaborating with personal trainers and nutritionists, you will support the holistic health goals of our clients by integrating therapeutic practices into their fitness journeys.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation practices, and therapeutic exercise planning
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and formulate personalized treatment plans for diverse musculoskeletal and physical conditions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to promoting safety and well-being during all therapy and exercise sessions
- Valid degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent) and relevant professional certifications
- Prior experience in a fitness center, rehabilitation facility, or healthcare environment is an advantage
- Passion for fitness and women’s wellness, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
