Together, they focus on evidence-based treatment approaches and comprehensive rehabilitation plans. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Indore at CARPC. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, perform detailed physical evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, pain reduction, and functional restoration. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering physiotherapy modalities and exercises, monitoring patient progress, updating clinical records, and adjusting plans of care as needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, posture, ergonomics, and preventive care. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other clinicians at the clinic, maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, and participate in case discussions and continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution; additional certifications in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or orthopedics are an advantage.
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, development of treatment plans, and application of rehabilitation techniques.
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobilization techniques, electrotherapy modalities, and pain management interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for educating patients and caregivers, building trust, and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow ethical and professional standards, and adhere to clinic protocols and safety guidelines.
- Good time management, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
- Prior experience in clinical physiotherapy or internship in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is preferred; new graduates with strong fundamentals are also encouraged to apply.
