Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role located in Ratnagiri. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, planning and implementing treatment programs, and monitoring progress. The role also includes providing personalized therapy, educating patients on exercises, and ensuring consistent documentation of treatments and outcomes. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care is a key element of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Expertise in different physiotherapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports on patient progress
• Up-to-date knowledge of rehabilitation methods and latest physiotherapy developments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) from a recognized institution
• State licensing/certification in Physiotherapy
• Experience or interest in working with patients on chronic pain, injury recovery, and mobility challenges is an asset
