About the role As a Product Designer-II, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to conceptualize, design, and deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet the needs of our users. **Responsibilities** * Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms. * Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. * Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design concepts and solutions. * Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products. * Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, and incorporate them into our design processes. **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and past projects. * Proficiency in Figma is a must, other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar are good to have. * Knowledge of the latest Figma features is a must. * Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating innovative and impactful user experiences. * Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment following a rapid iterative design approach.
