Online Tutor (Classes 3rd to 8th – All Subjects)

As an Online Tutor, you will provide personalized academic support to school students from classes 3rd to 8th across all subjects. You'll be responsible for guiding students through core concepts, improving their academic skills, and fostering a positive learning environment through online sessions. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one and group online classes in a clear, interactive, and engaging manner. Provide academic assistance and mentoring in all subjects as per the curriculum. Help students improve study strategies, time management, and goal setting. Monitor student performance, track academic progress, and share tailored feedback. Collaborate with academic staff to support students who need additional help. Lead online workshops or learning sessions focused on academic improvement. Keep parents informed of their child's progress and growth areas. Qualifications & Requirements Educational Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field (e.g., B.Sc, B.Tech, or equivalent). Preferred: Master's degree in Education or related subjects. Experience 1 to 6 years of teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience. Prior online teaching experience is a plus. Key Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Subject expertise in primary and middle school-level concepts. Empathy and patience to deal with young learners. Good understanding of student psychology and motivation. Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for remote teaching. Preferred Skills Experience in student counseling or mentoring. Comfort with interactive digital whiteboards, EdTech platforms, and LMS tools. Ability to create educational content, worksheets, and test papers.
