Role Summary
As a Subject Matter Expert at Ganitank, you will be the academic heart of our content engine — creating high-quality study material, designing exam-ready question banks, and resolving student doubts aligned with the Maharashtra HSC Board and MHT-CET syllabus.
But this role is more than just content. We are looking for candidates who have a strong inclination towards teaching and aspire to become full-fledged Subject Teachers. The SME phase is your launchpad — top performers will be promoted to teaching roles
Responsibilities
- Content Creation Prepare chapter -wise lecture notes, formula sheets, and study material for Class 11, 12 & MHT-CET
- Question Bank & Test Setting - Design MCQs, numericals, and assertion-reasoning questions for MHT-CET pattern
- Doubt Solving and Student interaction - Resolve student doubts on the Ganitank App, WhatsApp, and comment sections
- Teaching Readiness - Prepare and deliver internal demo lectures to develop your on-camera presence
Qualifications
- Physics, Mathematics (Any one as per expertise)
- Hands on creating PPTs, infographics, and short revision notes etc.
- Good understanding of the subject to be able to develop content strategy, topics, and student engagement
Ideal for fresh B.Tech / M.Tech graduates who are strong in their subject, passionate about academics, and dream of building a long-term career as an educator.
