Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physics Faculty member located in Kolkata. The role involves teaching and mentoring students in physics, developing course materials, preparing lesson plans, and fostering a deep understanding of physical concepts. The faculty member will also conduct assessments, evaluate progress, provide feedback, and stay updated with the latest developments in physics education to ensure the highest quality of instruction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Physics, Theoretical Physics, and Physics Education
• Proficiency in Mathematics and its application to physics concepts
• Understanding of Astronomy and related scientific principles is an asset
• Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic success
• Relevant teaching experience and/or a degree in Physics or a related field
• Ph.D. or advanced degree in Physics is a plus
