Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Physics & Chemistry Faculty positioned in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics and Chemistry to students from grades 6 to 12, focusing on building strong foundational knowledge and preparing students for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE and NEET. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging lessons, developing curriculum and study materials, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and evaluating student performance. The role also entails assisting with mock tests and identifying strategies to maximize student success in academic and competitive exams.
Qualifications
- Expertise in teaching Physics and Chemistry, with a strong command of concepts in both subjects, including Physical Chemistry.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design structured course plans and educational materials.
- Ability to conduct research and stay updated with the latest developments in Physics and Chemistry education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and motivate students.
- Prior experience in coaching for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE and NEET is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Physics, Chemistry, or Education, is preferred.
