Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a 12th Grade Physics and Chemistry Teacher specializing in JEE-level competitive exam preparation. Responsibilities include planning and delivering detailed lessons, guiding students through complex concepts in physics and chemistry, and addressing their queries. The teacher will also design and evaluate practice exams, offer strategic study advice, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles. Collaboration with team members to update course material and learning aids is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics and Chemistry, particularly at the 12th-grade and JEE competition level
- Proven teaching skills with experience in delivering online classes effectively
- Ability to design examinations, provide detailed explanations, and apply problem-solving techniques
- Proficiency in creating study materials aligned with JEE standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Adaptability to individual learning needs and effective student engagement techniques
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or a related field; B.Ed. is a plus
- Experience preparing students for competitive exams like JEE is highly preferred
