Are you an experienced US Physician Recruiter looking to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our team and play a key role in recruiting top healthcare providers across the United States.
📍 Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Physicians across various specialties.
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) for US-based clients.
- Conduct candidate interviews, credential screening, and reference checks.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely submissions.
- Verify physician licenses, board certifications, and other required credentials.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Physician candidates.
- Stay up to date with US healthcare recruitment trends, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in US Recruitment (Healthcare, IT, or Non-IT), including at least 2 years of experience in US Physician Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) across multiple specialties.
- Strong understanding of physician credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, PracticeLink, DocCafe, Health eCareers, LinkedIn, Facebook, and ATS platforms.
- Good understanding of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and physician compensation models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
