Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician located in Gurugram. The Physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, managing critical care cases, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes. Daily responsibilities include performing consultations, creating treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and offering guidance to support staff. A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in emergency and critical care management
- Experience in developing treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in patient monitoring and the use of medical equipment in an ICU setting
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills for patient care and team collaboration
- MD or equivalent in Medicine or related field; relevant certifications in critical care are a plus
- Ability to work in high-pressure scenarios and demonstrate effective decision-making
- Familiarity with medical insurance processes and patient financial assistance is advantageous
