As a therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer physical therapy treatment.
• Evaluate patient condition and develop rehabilitation programs.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams.
• Document patient progress and therapy outcomes.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.
  
  

Required Skills

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Current Physical Therapy license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Salary: $93,000 - $128,000 per year
