Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician Assistant specializing in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CVTS). The position is based in the Kutch district and involves assisting surgeons with operative and pre/post-operative care, assessing patient health conditions, and preparing treatment plans. The selected candidate will conduct clinical examinations, document medical histories, provide patient education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver the highest level of care.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills and knowledge in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, including operative assistance and pre/post-operative care management
• Ability to perform clinical assessments, document medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Effective communication and patient education skills to address patient needs and provide clear guidance
• Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate medical records
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Relevant medical qualifications and licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant
• Prior experience in CVTS or related surgical disciplines is an advantage
