Doctor - Prevention & Longevity
Full-time · Client-facing · In-clinic, Mumbai
PRVNT is a physician-led preventive health and longevity membership. We measure deeply, interpret continuously, and help members act early — diagnostics, genomics, wearable data, physician interpretation, coaching and care coordination, in one year-round program.
This is a rare role: part trusted doctor, part the reason someone chooses to join. You'll be one of several physicians on the team, based in our Mumbai office, owning the consultations that turn interested, qualified people into members — and then being the clinician who looks after them.
The Shape of the Role
Three things, woven together:
- Convert through consultation. When a qualified lead books a discovery or health-blueprint consultation, you run it. You understand their concerns, interpret their reports and data, and show them — clearly and honestly — what a year of physician-led care would do for them. Done well, the membership sells itself. This is consultative, not commission-driven; you are a doctor first.
- Be the primary care provider. For members you bring on, you're the clinician: interpreting diagnostics, building and adjusting protocols, running reviews, and being the steady medical point of contact across the year.
- Improve the offering. You're closer to the member than anyone. We expect you to feed what you learn — objections, gaps, what lands, what's missing — back into how we build protocols, programs and the member experience.
What You'll DoMember-facing consultations (the growth engine)
- Run discovery and health-blueprint consultations with qualified leads — in person at the Mumbai office and over video.
- Interpret existing reports, wearable data and history, and translate them into a clear, personalized picture of risk and opportunity.
- Explain the PRVNT program honestly: what it is, what it isn't, what it will and won't do. Pre-empt the common objections (“I already do checkups,” “I have a smartwatch,” “is it worth it?”).
- Help the member decide. Close warmly when it's right for them; walk away gracefully when it isn't. A bad-fit member is not a win.
- Hand off smoothly to coaching and care-coordination once someone joins.
Primary care provider
- Own clinical interpretation and protocol-building for your members, with appropriate review per our clinical governance.
- Run baseline, mid-year and year-end reviews; adjust protocols as data comes in.
- Be the year-round medical point of contact; coordinate with health coaches and the care team on adherence and follow-through.
- Keep clear, accurate member records and escalate anything outside scope appropriately.
Improve what we offer
- Bring member insight into team reviews: what converts, what confuses, what's missing from our programs.
- Help refine consultation flow, protocols, test panels and member-facing materials.
- Flag any marketing or content claim that doesn't match clinical reality, and help keep us compliant with India's health-advertising and data-consent norms.
Who You AreEssential
- Qualification: MBBS with valid Maharashtra Medical Council / NMC registration. MD in Internal Medicine (or DNB equivalent) strongly preferred; family medicine, endocrinology or diabetology also welcome.
- Experience: 3+ years in clinical practice. Comfortable owning patient relationships.
- Presence: Warm, credible and genuinely good with people. Members should trust you within minutes.
- Communication: Can explain complex medicine in plain, reassuring language — and can have a value conversation without sounding like a salesperson.
- Consultative instinct: Comfortable that part of your impact is conversion — and principled about only converting the right fit.
- Evidence-based prevention: Practises prevention and longevity the evidence-based way — believes in continuous, proactive care, but grounds it in clinical evidence, not wellness hype. (Training or interest in preventive, lifestyle or functional medicine is a plus, on top of a recognised medical qualification — not in place of it.)
Nice to have
- Additional training in preventive, lifestyle or functional medicine (e.g. recognised certifications), alongside the core qualification.
- Experience in premium, concierge or corporate health settings.
- Familiarity with diagnostics, biomarkers, genomics and wearables.
- Comfort with CRM tools and structured consultation workflows.
- Languages: English and Hindi required; Marathi a strong plus for Mumbai members.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Members you convert are well-qualified, well-matched, and stay — your retention is as strong as your conversion.
- Members trust you and rate their care highly.
- Your consultation approach becomes something the team learns from.
- Your insights have visibly improved at least one part of the offering.
What We Offer
- A client-facing role where great medicine is the growth strategy — no scripts, no pressure tactics.
- A founding-era seat in a category-defining health brand, with room to grow into clinical or regional leadership.
- A team that treats physician judgment as central, not decorative.
Compensation: Competitive salary, plus ESOP and performance-based benefits. Flat compensation — no commission or sales incentive.
