Your Role And Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end physical design flow including Floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and signoff closure
- Drive timing closure across multi-mode multi-corner (MMMC) scenarios
- Perform congestion analysis and optimization to achieve routability
- Execute clock tree synthesis (CTS) and optimize for skew/latency
- Drive post-route optimization and ECO closure
- Collaborate with STA, RTL, DFT, and power teams to resolve design issues
- Ensure clean signoff (timing, SI, IR, EM, DRC/LVS) readiness
- Debug and resolve design bottlenecks and QoR issues
- Contribute to flow improvement and automation
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 5-8 years industry experience in physical design methodology.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in physical design methodology which include logic synthesis,placement, clock tree synthesis, routing .
- Should be knowledgeable in physical verification ( LVS,DRC.. etc), Noise analysis, Power analysis and electro migration .
- Team player with good problem solving skills, communication skills and leadership skills.
- Automation skills in PYTHON, PERL ,SKILL and/or TCL.
