Experience: 0 to 1 years Work Location: Trivandrum - Technopark US Shift Timings: 7.30 pm to 4.30 am and 10.30 pm to 7.30 am (Rotational Shift) Qualification: Graduation in any stream. Responsibilities: -Responding to customer requests over telephone, emails and chats. -Maintaining excellent levels of quality, quantity and customer satisfaction scores -Escalate situations in an appropriate manner, and coordinate with supervisors for swift resolutions. -Meet productivity, quality and sales targets consistently.
