Role Overview: We are hiring a highly tech-savvy Project Manager with deep experience in the tech industry. You must be obsessed with details, possess exceptional memory and organizational skills, and effortlessly manage multiple projects and resources. Your primary tool and expertise will revolve around Jira, complemented by your mastery of AI-driven productivity tools to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, from initial planning to final delivery, consistently ensuring exceptional outcomes. - Serve as the team's central "memory"—proactively identifying and tracking details others overlook, pushing project deliverables from 90% to 110%. - Expertly configure, maintain, and optimize Jira boards, epics, tasks, subtasks, tags, and dependencies for maximum clarity and productivity. - Utilize AI-driven productivity and automation tools to integrate data, streamline workflows, and proactively surface risks. - Clearly communicate project status, timelines, and expectations with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA) to ensure alignment. - Efficiently allocate and manage resources, quickly adjusting to shifting priorities and ensuring timely project completion. Qualifications (Must-Haves): - 4+ years of experience managing projects within the tech industry (software, apps, platforms). - Proven mastery of Jira as your primary organizational tool. - Highly detail-oriented with exceptional memory and capacity for retaining and managing project complexity. - Demonstrable expertise leveraging AI and productivity tools (e.g., Notion AI, ChatGPT, automation integrations) for increased efficiency. - Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: - Previous experience in gaming industry projects. - Previous experience in early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies. - Familiarity with Unity-based projects.
