Job Title: PHP Tech Lead
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Skills Required:
1. Technical Skills
- PHP Development: Strong hands-on experience in PHP , with extensive work in frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel. API & Data Communication: Proficiency in REST, XML, JSON, and Swagger (Experience in financial domains is a plus).
- Database Management: In-depth knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Environment Management: Expertise in LAMP/WAMP stacks and Nginx configuration, along with experience in microservices architecture.
- Linux/Unix Administration: Solid background in server administration with Linux/Unix environments.
- Programming: Strong programming abilities with a solid understanding of data structures, caching, design patterns, and multi-threaded n-tier application design.
- DevOps and CI/CD: Proficiency in tools like Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub.
- Experience in server management and deployment for various environments. Hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies and processes. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless development.
2. Project Management & Coordination:
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across development, QA, and operations.
- Project Planning: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set clear deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability.
- Post-Production Support: Oversee post-production support, ensuring any issues or bugs are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and bottlenecks early, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success and stability.
- Project Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of project plans, processes, technical designs, and maintenance requirements.
- Project & Operation Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining operational excellence while balancing short-term and long-term objectives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine development processes, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for client communication during project execution, keeping clients updated on progress, and addressing any concerns or changes.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: BE, BTech, or MCA.
