We're Hiring: Senior PHP Developer | Gurgaon (WFO)
We're hiring a Senior PHP Developer with 3–4 years of experience who can own features end-to-end, engage directly with clients, and help shape technical decisions, not just execute them.
What you'll do:
🔹 Build and optimize scalable web applications in PHP
🔹 Customize SugarCRM to fit business needs
🔹 Work directly with clients : gather requirements, share updates, suggest improvements
🔹 Own modules from planning through deployment
🔹 Collaborate with frontend, QA, and stakeholders to ship quality, production-ready code
What we're looking for:
✅ 3–4 years hands-on PHP experience (Laravel/CodeIgniter)
✅ Strong MySQL, API, and backend architecture skills
✅ Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP customization (SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, vTiger) or legacy PHP
apps with ORM patterns
✅ Comfort with legacy codebases (PHP 5.x–7.x)
✅ Confident client communication — no hand-holding needed
✅ A proactive mindset that brings ideas, not just output
