Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a PHP Developer. The PHP Developer will be responsible for back-end development, coding, and system improvements. Key responsibilities include writing and maintaining PHP applications, ensuring optimal performance of server-side logic, developing and integrating APIs, and collaborating with front-end developers to create seamless user experiences. The role also involves troubleshooting, debugging, and ensuring the security of applications.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development, including PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and familiarity with design patterns
- Experience in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of Software Development practices, such as version control systems, code testing, and debugging
- Competency in general Programming skills with experience developing web-based applications
- Solid understanding of database systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with API design, development, and integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with HR Tech and automation tools is a plus
