About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PHP Developer to join our Software team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about software development and eager to contribute to dynamic projects. The PHP Developer will be responsible for overseeing software projects from inception to completion, designing and developing websites, and creating internal tools to support various departments such as sales, social media, and our gallery. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with clearly defined working hours and days to ensure optimal productivity and work-life balance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into functional and efficient software solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of PHP, MYSQL, and SQL database management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality PHP-based web applications and internal tools that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, social media, and gallery departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Design and implement scalable database structures and optimize existing database queries for performance.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of all software solutions developed.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to best coding practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development projects and software processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
- Support and troubleshoot existing applications, providing timely resolutions to technical issues.
