About The Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated PHP Developer to join our Software team. This role is integral to our ongoing projects and involves overseeing software development from conception through deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain websites and internal tools that support various departments within the company, including sales, social media, and our gallery operations.
The PHP Developer will work in a full-time capacity, primarily on a remote basis, with clearly defined working hours and days. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic and creative environment. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and SQL database management
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and best practices
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience working remotely is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous
Responsibilities
The PHP Developer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and internal tools
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Designing efficient database schemas and writing optimized SQL queries
- Ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of web applications

- Participating in code reviews and maintaining coding standards
- Documenting development processes and creating user guides for internal tools
