About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic team at Progenesis IVF Fertility Center. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our web applications and platforms that support our operational and patient engagement activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web development, particularly in PHP, MySQL, and front-end technologies, and will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause by ensuring our digital infrastructure is robust, secure, and user-friendly.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of three years of professional experience in web development and software design. Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is essential, along with proficiency in PHP frameworks and MySQL database management. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development tasks to improve existing web applications and create new solutions aligned with business needs.
- Work in a data analyst role and collaborate with business intelligence applications to support decision-making processes.
- Document features, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements to ensure clarity and maintainability of the systems developed.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of web applications through best practices and continuous improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to maintain high-quality standards.
