We are looking for a skilled and proactive Laravel Developer who can manage a team, guide junior developers, and independently handle end-to-end project delivery. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Laravel Developer with leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a small development team while also handling individual project responsibilities. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Laravel framework, project lifecycle, and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Laravel and PHP.
● Handle individual projects independently — from concept to deployment.
● Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and training to the team.
● Identify potential issues, debug errors, and provide reliable solutions promptly.
● Collaborate with the design, marketing, and management teams to understand project requirements.
● Maintain clear documentation of code and development processes.
● Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
● Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines. Required Skills and
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 2 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
● Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and MySQL.
● Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
● Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to anticipate issues and resolve them effectively. 8. ● Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
● Ability to work under minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality output.
Preferred Skills:
● Knowledge of AWS or server deployment environments.
● Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
