We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to build secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications that support our growing portfolio of AI-powered products.
About the Role
As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using modern PHP frameworks. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, backend architecture, API development, database optimization, and cloud-based application development while following modern software engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
PHP Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Build reusable backend modules and secure RESTful APIs.
- Develop business logic following MVC architecture and object-oriented programming principles.
- Integrate frontend applications and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
Database & Backend Engineering
- Design and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Write efficient SQL queries, migrations, stored procedures, and indexes.
- Implement caching using Redis to improve application performance.
- Ensure database integrity, reliability, and performance.
APi Integration & Cloud Deployment
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Integrate payment gateways, email services, authentication providers, and external platforms.
- Support application deployments, releases, and performance optimization.
- Work with Docker and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Monitor production applications and resolve performance issues.
Software Engineering
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Experience working with cloud-hosted applications and modern deployment practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
