M.S. or higher in Mechanical/Optical Engineering, Physics or related field (or B.S. with additional experience) plus 5+ years precision optomechanical design and build experience; high proficiency in CAD (Onshape, SolidWorks, Catia), BOM management, GD&T; strong understanding of tolerance stack-up, kinematics, adhesives, materials; vendor and contract manufacturer experience; US work authorization without sponsorship.
