- Implement the agent-facing UI for the call center copilot and, in later phases, the customer-facing surfaces.
- Built in React per build once, deploy to web and mobile, maybe react— aligned with the new omnichannel strategy is envisioned.
- Integrate with Adobe AEM where relevant (AEM currently powers web front door
- Implement chat / streaming UX patterns for agent interaction, including citation rendering and confidence indicators.
- Use GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding (vibe coding)
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
