Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Photo Retoucher to enhance and edit images to meet high visual standards. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in image editing, color correction, and retouching while maintaining a natural and realistic look. You will work closely with photographers, designers, and the creative team to produce high-quality images for digital and print use.
Key Responsibilities- Retouch and enhance photos for marketing, e-commerce, social media, and advertising.
- Perform color correction, skin retouching, background cleanup, and image compositing.
- Ensure images meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Edit large volumes of images while maintaining consistency.
- Remove imperfections such as dust, blemishes, wrinkles, and unwanted objects.
- Optimize images for web, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and creative teams.
- Manage and organize image files and maintain proper naming conventions.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher or Image Editor.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of color correction, masking, frequency separation, and advanced retouching techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Basic understanding of photography and lighting.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in fashion, beauty, product, or e-commerce retouching.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating retouching work.
