Role Overview
As our Photo Editor, you'll be the creative force behind every finished image. You receive raw customer photos, run them through our platform, curate the best results, and deliver them on time. That's it.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive raw photos from customers (coordinated through our Sales Executives) and upload them to the LuxeAI Studio platform.
- Use the platform's AI tools to process, enhance, and generate final photo outputs based on each customer's specific requirements and style preferences.
- Review and select the final outputs, choosing the best images that align with customer expectations and the brief.
- Deliver finalised photos to customers within the stipulated deadline communicated by the Sales team.
- Coordinate actively with Sales Executives to understand customer needs, handle revision requests, and ensure smooth fulfilment.
- Maintain quality standards across all deliveries - every photo set should reflect LuxeAI's commitment to premium, life-milestone photography.
- Flag any technical issues with uploads or outputs to the appropriate team member promptly.
Requirements
- Reliable computer and stable internet (fully remote role)
- Good eye for aesthetics — photo quality, lighting, composition
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines independently
- Basic photo editing knowledge (we'll train you on our platform)

This role offers complete flexibility in working hours. You choose when you work — day, night, or any time that suits your lifestyle. The only commitment is meeting the delivery deadline agreed with the customer at the time of booking. Whether you are an early bird or a night owl, this role is designed to fit around you.

Compensation
- ₹12,000–15,000 per month fixed base during 2-month paid trial
- Uncapped performance commission (top performers earn > 2X salary easily)
- Permanent role + increment after 2-month successful trial (based on your performance)
