Role Description The Photo Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that showcase the company’s jewellery collections for digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include retouching and editing product photos, color correction, background cleanup, and optimizing images for web, catalog, and marketing materials while preserving accurate representation of metals and gemstones. The role involves collaborating closely with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to plan shoots, maintain consistent visual standards, and ensure timely delivery of edited images. The Photo Editor may also support basic video edits for product showcases and campaign content, and manage organized libraries of visual assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Photo Retouching and Image Editing, with an eye for detail, color accuracy, and product presentation.
- Experience with Photography and Photo Research to support shoot planning, reference gathering, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in basic Video Editing to create or refine short product videos and promotional clips.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom; Premiere Pro or similar for video).
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong visual sense, composition skills, and understanding of lighting, especially for jewellery and reflective surfaces.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with design, marketing, and production teams.
- Salary Range 18k to 30k
