Role Description The Photo Editor role at Bhairava Constructions is a full-time, on-site position based in Ramagundam. The Photo Editor will manage and edit visual content related to construction projects, including site photos, progress documentation, and marketing materials. Daily responsibilities include retouching and enhancing images, organizing and maintaining photo archives, and preparing visuals for reports, presentations, and digital channels. The role also involves collaborating with project teams and management to capture required visuals, supporting photography efforts on-site, and assisting with basic video editing for internal and external communication. The Photo Editor will work closely with marketing and documentation teams to ensure all visual content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Image Editing and Photo Retouching skills, with proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess Photo Research and Photography skills, including the ability to plan, capture, and select high-quality images that document construction activities and project milestones.
- Candidates should possess Video Editing skills sufficient to create and refine short video content for reports, presentations, and marketing use.
- Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and an understanding of composition, color correction, and file management best practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working in construction, engineering, or industrial environments is an advantage, along with the ability to collaborate with on-site teams.
- Good communication skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the ability to work safely and effectively in an on-site environment are required.
