BackThen Booth is a modern photo booth experience brand that creates fun and memorable moments through instant photography. We're looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Booth Operators.
If you enjoy interacting with people, have good communication skills, and want to work in a fun customer-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the photo booth.
- Operate the booth, camera, printer, and software.
- Guide customers through the photo-taking process.
- Handle payments and maintain basic sales records.
- Ensure the booth remains clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Restock printing supplies when required.
- Report any technical issues to the support team.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Class 12 or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-friendly attitude with a professional appearance.
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours
Full-Time
Part-Time
Choose one of the following shifts:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
