Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with grownup students and younger kids. The professional will conduct online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, voice modulation, and reading fluency, as well as classes to develop public speaking skills, confidence, and presentation abilities. Day-to-day tasks include designing age-appropriate lesson plans, delivering live interactive classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to parents, guardians, or adult learners. The role also involves creating engaging learning materials, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the Fantastiqo team to refine teaching approaches and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong phonics, pronunciation, and reading fluency skills, with the ability to teach both children and adults.
- Candidates should possess public speaking, presentation, and communication skills to coach learners in confidence, stage presence, and articulation.
- Candidates should possess lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and learner engagement skills, with experience in interactive and activity-based teaching.
- Candidates should possess online teaching and basic digital skills, including familiarity with virtual classroom tools, video conferencing platforms, and e-learning resources.
- Candidates should possess patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse age groups, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or related field is preferred; relevant certifications in phonics, ESL, drama, or public speaking are an advantage.
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or training in phonics or public speaking, especially in an online setting, will be beneficial.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace at home, and readiness to work flexible schedules aligned with learner needs are required.
