PhonePe Career 2025 Responsibilities: Assist in maintenance of advertisement register for IRDA filings Coordination with marketing team for issuance of advt codes. Reviewing merchant exception cases in line with approved merchant onboarding SOP. Assist in maintenance of summary and dashboards – NPRA and Merchant Advisory Intra-Team Coordination and follow ups with other teams for NPRA responses Maintenance of NPRA records/ evidences and follow up for closure of the product review. Maintaining Service Now tool for NPRA reviews PhonePe Recruitment Eligibility Criteria: Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory. Preferred skill: Have excellent written and verbal communications Have good learnability Be an active listener and deal well with objection Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Should be able to speak in English and Hindi 0 – 1 years of work experience in a customer facing role Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred
