● Opportunity to work on industry-leading UPI payment products: Lite, Autopay & others ● Responsible for the management of end-to-end business reporting and any ad hoc reporting as maybe required from time to time. ● Regularly analyze operational & product data funnels. Come up with insights to bring about improvement in success rates & processes. ● Drive collaboration across cross-pod stakeholders from product, engineering, legal, growth, compliance & business finance to bring new products and features to market ● Interface with banks, financial institutions and regulatory bodies. ● Perform in-depth competitive analysis & market research (primary & secondary) to put together market views on new payment products ● Develop in-depth domain knowledge of payments technical systems, API integrations and ecosystem-wide developments. Able to address queries, data requirements and escalations from different stakeholders. ● Track key metrics and funnels to identify areas of improvement in products ● Execute all operating plans independently Ideal candidate should ● Have 1-4 years of relevant experience ● Be agile and highly collaborative and be able to adapt to changing requirements ● Have strong analytical acumen, problem solving and communication skills ● Be highly data-driven. Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL would be preferred ● Possess customer first attitude; be always on toes to lessen pain points of customers ● Strongly focused on execution. ● Thrive in a collaborative work environment
