About the role

Recharge and Bill Pay team focuses on providing a single platform to PhonePe users for all their recurring bill payments, recharges and voucher purchases.The Assistant Manager is expected to contribute towards managing and driving rapid growth of the business. The role demands developing a deep understanding of category business and customer behavior and the passion to create value for all stakeholders Responsibilities: ● Responsible for the following categories like Vouchers/Gift Cards, Donations and Subscription purchases ● Lead the category P&L and growth for said categories ● Work closely with billers/ aggregators to identify tactical/ strategic growth opportunities for both in app and online assets where the biller may have presence ● Collaboration with internal teams- marketing, business finance, customer service, etc to manage the category daily ● Product interventions basis market demands and optimizing for customer experience / category growth ● Opportunity to work with key stakeholders in the Billpay Industry in the country Skill Set required? 1+ years of experience in a Fintech/Tech/Financial services company - MBA from ISB/IIMs -Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities based on business objectives and market dynamics.' -Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and driving business growth. -Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. -Passion for solving problems creatively, starting small, failing fast, and applying your learnings .
