</div><div>About the Role <br><br>Phoenix Residential is a trauma-informed residential facility serving youth with emotional and behavioral challenges. We operate using the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) model — and we're looking for a <strong>Treatment Director</strong> who genuinely believes in it.</div><div>This is a director-level clinical leadership role. You'll own the quality and integrity of all therapeutic programming, guide a multidisciplinary team, and be a consistent, grounding presence for the young people in our care. If you've spent your career in juvenile residential, behavioral health, or psychiatric settings and want a role with real influence over how treatment is delivered — not just documented — this is it.</div><div>
<strong><br>Schedule<br><br></strong>This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hrs/week). Because we serve youth around the clock, the role requires schedule flexibility, including:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Occasional evenings</li>
<li>Some weekends</li>
<li>Holiday coverage (rotated)</li>

<strong>What You’ll Do </strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead the day-to-day clinical integrity and quality of all treatment program components in compliance with DFPS Minimum Standards</li>
<li>Champion and sustain the TBRI model — providing ongoing training, coaching, and fidelity monitoring to staff</li>
<li>Supervise contracted clinical professionals, including therapists, physicians, and registered nurses</li>
<li>Conduct admission assessments and determine appropriate levels of care for each child</li>
<li>Develop, review, and update individualized service plans tailored to each youth's strengths and needs</li>
<li>Serve as a core treatment team member — participating in clinical decision-making and interdisciplinary collaboration</li>
<li>Review medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to physician orders</li>

<strong>Who Qualifies and What We're Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Per DFPS standards, you qualify if you hold one of the following credentials:<br><br>Option A<br>Psychiatrist or licensed psychologist — no additional experience requirement<br><br>Option B<br>Master's degree in a human services field from an accredited institution, with 3 years of experience providing treatment services to children with emotional disorders — including at least 1 year in a residential childcare setting<br><br>Option C<br>LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with 3 years of experience providing treatment services to children with emotional disorders — including at least 1 year in a residential childcare setting<br><br>Option D <br>Registered Nurse <br><br>All candidates must also have:<br><br>

<li>Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care; TBRI training or certification preferred</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-intervention skills</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Ability to pass FBI fingerprinting and a pre-employment drug screen</li>

<strong>Compensation and Benefits<br><br></strong>Base salary: <strong>$75,000 – $95,000</strong>, depending on licensure, credentials, and experience. Salary is discussed transparently during the interview process. Benefits include:<br><br>
