Telecoms Engineer (UCaaS/CCaaS)

Telecoms Engineer (UCaaS/CCaaS) The Telecoms Engineer will be responsible for the delivery and configuration of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and design, build, and deploy solutions to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and desired outcomes - Designing and configuring UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, including integration with other systems - Deploying and testing new solutions - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing solutions - Documenting processes and procedures - Liaising with third-party vendors and service providers The successful candidate will have experience in the following: - UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex - Cloud telephony platforms, such as Microsoft Phone System and Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution - Contact centre technologies, such as Genesys, Avaya, and Cisco - IP networking and routing - Excellent communication and customer service skills
