Role Description The Phlebotomy and Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves performing high-quality phlebotomy services, including safe and accurate collection, labeling, and handling of patient samples in accordance with established protocols. The coordinator will manage daily scheduling of sample collections, coordinate logistics with the field force and partner laboratories, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery. The role also includes supporting sales activities by building relationships with clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers, explaining service offerings, and helping to onboard new partners. The Phlebotomy and Sales Coordinator will maintain detailed records, follow compliance and safety standards, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong phlebotomy and clinical sample collection skills, including safe venipuncture techniques and proper sample labeling and handling.
- Candidates should possess coordination and operations skills, such as scheduling, route planning, and basic logistics management for sample pickup and delivery.
- Candidates should possess sales and relationship management skills, including basic healthcare sales, customer service, and the ability to build and maintain partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess communication and documentation skills, including clear verbal communication, accurate record-keeping, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with healthcare quality and safety standards, including infection control practices, cold chain awareness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and mobile application skills for using tracking tools, entering data, and coordinating with central teams.
