Job Summary:We are hiring Consultant Phlebotomists for Bengaluru locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to work with a leading healthcare platform and contribute to high-quality patient care through accurate sample collection and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Patients ke ghar ya assigned location par visit karke blood sample collection karna
- Proper hygiene aur safety standards follow karna during sample collection
- Samples ko accurately label karna aur timely lab tak dispatch karna
- Patients ke saath professional behavior maintain karna
- Daily reports aur records maintain karna
- Route planning aur timely visits ensure karna
Salary & Benefits:- Salary: ₹25,000 (Monthly CTC)
- Travel Allowance: ₹4 per km
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 1 year experience as Phlebotomist (mandatory)
- DMLT / BMLT Certification required
- Own two-wheeler (mandatory)
- Valid Driving License (DL/LL)
- Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card
