Job Title: Phlebotomist cum Field Executive – Diagnostic Lab
Location: Sector 86, Gurugram
Salary: 15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Job Overview:
We are hiring a DMLT-qualified professional who will be responsible for blood sample collection (lab & home visits) and supporting basic field coordination with nearby doctors and clinics. This is a hybrid role combining technical expertise and limited field activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection
- Handle home sample collection visits
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain patient records and LIS entries
- Visit nearby clinics/doctors when required for coordination
- Support basic referral and relationship building activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – Mandatory
- Minimum 1–4 years of diagnostic lab experience
- Practical experience in blood sample collection
- Comfortable with field visits and outdoor work
- Good communication skills
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
Role Structure:
- 70% Sample Collection & Lab Work
- - 30% Field Coordination & Basic Sales Support
