Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phlebotomist located in Coimbatore. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing blood collection procedures, accurately labeling and handling specimens for laboratory analysis, and maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor with patients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with medical procedures and standards, and assisting in other laboratory tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
- Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology
- Basic understanding of Medicine and patient interaction protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred
- Completion of a recognized phlebotomy training program or related certification
