Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Phlebotomist based in New Delhi. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients, accurately labeling samples, and preparing them for laboratory analysis. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to safety and health regulations, and providing professional and empathetic patient interactions throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques and Laboratory Skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology relevant to phlebotomy and diagnostic procedures
• Experience in Medical Assisting and understanding of basic Medicine practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to patients
• DMLT/CMLT mandatory
• Bike/DL required
• Previous experience in a diagnostic or healthcare setting is a plus
