You will lead the Pune team (appr. 8 FTE) and you report into the TVE Groupmanager located in Eindhoven. We are looking forBachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related disciplineProven people leadership experience (5+ years), managing and developing technical teams with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and engagementMinimum 12+ years of experience in customer-oriented, preferably global, engineering environments, with strong exposure to Test & Verification EngineeringStrong combination of technical depth and leadership capability, with experience in system and hardware verification, preferably within the medical device domainIn-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 60601, FDA, EU-MDR, and Good Documentation PracticesProven expertise in requirements engineering, risk management, and test management, with the ability to drive structured and compliant engineering practicesExperience in manufacturing quality, product quality reviews (DMR), and compliance gap analysis is highly preferredStrong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, support acquisitions, and build a sustainable project portfolioExcellent stakeholder management and consultancy skills, with the ability to influence and connect across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated experience in project planning, estimation, and execution, with solid project management fundamentalsStrong analytical, architectural thinking and a hands-on problem-solving approach to deliver innovative and sustainable solutionsAbility to act as a role model and inspire teams, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience working with requirements and test management tools, along with strong documentation and reporting capabilitiesCertification such as DfSS Black Belt (or equivalent experience) is a plusFluent in English (written and verbal)Furthermore to be successful in this role you are : Motivated, self-driven with a determination to succeed and the ability to adapt to change.Analytical; you are open to new ideas and believe in continuous learning in order to develop new competencies.A critical but constructive reviewerCustomer focused, have excellent communication skills and you are a team player.Fluent in English.Willing to travel occasionally.In return, we offer youA career path where you have the great opportunity to lead a team of professionals and support all Philips businesses globally with End-to-end (E2E) product test and verification engineering support.An opportunity to develop your People-Leader skills.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
