You are responsible for Stakeholder engagement, ideation, architecture, road mapping, application lifecycle management (from project/change request execution of delivery, operations till decommission). E2E Accountability for Digital IT Domain. Participate in internal capability-building initiatives, Sourcing and Utilization Management. Reduction of critical incidents that lead to unplanned downtime of system or critical functionality. Support cost, quality and milestone adherence for all projects, programs & initiatives within the scope of the domain. Participate in creating roadmaps, responsible for design, development, testing, validation, delivery and run part of the platform in a DevOps Collaborative framework. Drives continuous improvement and ensures TCO at benchmark level. Managing total life cycle of the related applications including decommissioning. Supports the business with optimal use of the current IT tools. Swiftly transform to raise quality/excellence, simplify & standardize, enable solutions & new business models. Drive the standard processes in China underpin by adaptive IT landscape which requires local data and infrastructure to be self-propelled due to regulatory requirements and growth ambition.
