About the Role:
The Assistant Clubhouse Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall management and smooth operation of the Food & Beverage facilities. This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of daily operational activities, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. The Assistant Manager collaborates closely with the Clubhouse Manager and other team members to manage staff, and address member needs promptly and professionally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, club management, or customer service roles or food management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, and vendors.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a private club, recreational facility, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of club management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Certification in hospitality management or related professional development courses.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising teams or managing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations.
- Support the Clubhouse Manager in supervising and training clubhouse staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance member satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the clubhouse environment.
