Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PHE – Fire Engineer based in the Bengaluru Area. The responsibilities include designing fire protection and suppression systems, ensuring compliance with applicable fire safety regulations, and performing safety engineering assessments. The role also involves conducting risk assessments, preparing design drawings, and collaborating with other engineering disciplines to integrate life safety measures into projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Fire Protection Engineering and Fire Suppression Systems
- Proficient knowledge of Fire Safety and Life Safety principles
- Experience in Safety Engineering and the development of fire safety plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and safety compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant safety codes, standards, and local regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with design tools or software is an advantage
