This role is perfect for freshers or early-career developers who want to gain real-world experience in frontend web development, UI design, and scalable application development. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and designers to build, test, and optimize web applications that enhance user experience and drive product innovation. 🛠️ Responsibilities Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-quality, and interactive web pages. Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code using best software development practices. Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Optimize web applications for maximum performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Assist in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth and reliable functionality. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work closely with designers to improve usability. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure consistent code quality. Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms for frontend-related metrics and performance issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas to improve team processes and best practices. Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the development workflow. 🎯 Requirements Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Good understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and component-based architecture. Familiarity with CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS or SASS. Basic understanding of asynchronous request handling, AJAX, and partial page updates. Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to resolve them effectively. Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative workflows on GitHub or GitLab. Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Understanding of web security fundamentals and memory management concepts in web applications.
