Position: Pharmacist (Pharmacy Operations & Patient Services)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret prescriptions, medication guidelines, and pharmacy workflows to create realistic healthcare scenarios
- Analyze medication usage, dosing, and interactions to ensure accuracy and safety
- Develop structured use cases based on real-world pharmacy operations and patient service tasks
- Review and validate outputs for compliance with pharmacy standards and best practices
- Support medication-related documentation, verification, and dispensing workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align healthcare insights with project requirements
- Identify risks related to medication errors, compliance gaps, and patient safety
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D) or equivalent
- Valid pharmacist license as required by jurisdiction
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, medication management, and patient care
- Experience in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, clinic pharmacy, or chain pharmacy operations
- Knowledge of prescription processing, medication safety, and compliance standards
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and documentation
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in medication review and patient counseling
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Familiarity with pharmacy compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with pharmacy management systems and documentation
- Ability to handle patient queries and service workflows effectively
