Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist for our hospital pharmacy at REDKAR HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER PRIVATE LIMITED. This is an on-site role located in Malvan. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring accurate prescriptions, providing pharmaceutical care to patients, compounding medications as required, and maintaining inventory and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborating with healthcare providers and delivering excellent patient support will also form a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pharmacy and Medicine-related tasks
- Experience in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care
- Proficiency in Compounding techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in prescription preparation
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulatory guidelines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with medical staff and patients
- Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or higher) and a valid pharmacist license in Maharashtra
- Work experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred
